A bathroom equipped with a washing machine, shower and WC Moving upstairs to the master bedroom with a comfy queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and ample storage. All in one bathroom with a shower/bath, wc, and vanity. The lounge opens out to the beautiful deck and comes complete with a reverse cycle air conditioner comfy lounge with a flat screen tv and DVD player. Kitchen with fridge freezer, stove, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. This property is fully fenced and pet friendly (outside only). Location Carrickalinga, less than a 3-minute walk to the beach. Bed configuration: Sleeps 4 (2 bed/2 bath) 1 queen, 2 single. Facilities: Open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen with gas stove, fridge freezer, microwave, bbq, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and washing machine.
